2011 Post Season

City Championships: Friday June 17th

Each year the MA-LL Major's Division Champion and the AAA Division Champions play against our cross-town Alpine League's Championship teams. This is a fun competition for the "City" title! The games will be hosted at Burgess Park and are scheduled to be played at 4pm (AAA) and 6pm (Majors). Come out and support MALL!

Player Appreciation Day

MA Little League's 4th Annual Player Appreciation Day is this coming Saturday, June 11th at Burgess Park. All players and their families are invited to attend. The festivites begin at 10:00am and include bounce houses, carnival games (with prizes) and a dunk tank that gives kids an opportunity to dunk their coaches. All MA Little Leaguers wearing their uniform (hat and shirt) will receive a free lunch. Barbecue lunches for the rest of the family are available from the Snack Shack. In addition to the fun activities, the Majors and AAA championship finals (at 11am and 2pm respectively) will be played on the Majors field. In between the 2 games (~1pm) there will be a special presentation of the annual Sportsmanship Awards, for players and coaches who have shown great sportsmanship throughout the season!

Schedule:
   10:00am - 2:00pm:    Carnival Games (Including the Dunk Tank!)
           11:00am                 Majors Championship
           11:00am                 Free Lunch for all Players in Uniform
             1:00pm                 Sportsmanship Awards
             2:00pm                 AAA Championship

MA Little League Survey

T-Ball and Coach-Pitch Division families have already received an email cover letter describing League philosophy and recent accomplishments, with link to our confidential online survey using the Zoomerang Survey Tool. A, AA, AAA and Majors families will soon receive a similar email and link, to a survey more specific to these four Divisions, upon completion of playoffs (or shortly thereafter).

We need your support! Please take just five minutes to provide us your feedback (surveys close June 30th). This is of particular interest to all coaches league-wide. Given their outstanding efforts volunteering all season, we hope you choose to take a brief moment to comment on their performance.

We truly appreciate your participation in helping to guide our community with your feedback. Again, thank you for your generous support of Menlo-Atherton Little League and all your help in making our organization a better one for our children and community.
